A continuous path from sequence to variant
Compare reference and variant sequences; follow diverging base pairs and new matches on the same 3D structure.

BIOFORGE · SCIENTIFIC WORKSPACE
Manage sequence, biostatistics and 3D structure work in one place. Preserve the connection between data, method and result.
PRODUCT
BioForge reduces disconnected screens and repeated data transfers. Data, methods and outputs remain visible together throughout the work.
The four elements that carry a study stay together.
Available capabilities are clearly separated from engines still in development.
SCIENTIFIC WORKSPACES
Sequence, biostatistics and 3D structure tools meet in one workspace. Planned engines extend the same system.
Compare reference and variant sequences; follow diverging base pairs and new matches on the same 3D structure.
Evaluate sample distributions, density surfaces and outliers on a single animated statistical model.
Drag to rotate the protein backbone; inspect spatial folds, nodes and structural differences from multiple angles.
Compare atoms approaching, bonds breaking and reforming, and alternative molecular configurations in one 3D design scene.
Follow how metabolites move through the network, branch and regroup along target pathways in a live flow model.
See analysis tasks move between processing nodes, including parallel steps and completed stages, in an animated execution chain.
SCIENTIFIC WORKFLOW
Outputs from different scientific engines are reviewed through one shared record.
Move between engines. Explore each workspace through its own scientific visual language.
Drag to rotate the protein backbone; inspect spatial folds, nodes and structural differences from multiple angles.

Scientific trust rests on visible records. Data ownership, method history and product status are tracked separately.
Projects, sequences and molecular files remain in the local workspace by default.
Files enter a protected workspace on the device; no flow to an external service is created.
ACCESS & PLANS
Start with access that fits your needs. Expand the workspace as your team grows.
A personal BioForge workspace that keeps data on your device for independent research.
A shared scientific environment for research groups, university laboratories and student teams.
Controlled deployment, institutional support and scalable access for biotechnology R&D teams.
We are preparing an accessible BioForge model for students and educational use.

Kotyra Biotech is a technology company that brings different scientific disciplines together through a clear product language. BioForge is developed around sequence analysis, biostatistics and three-dimensional molecular inspection.
BioForge does more than produce results. It links inputs, methods, parameters and engine versions to each result. Its local-first approach keeps data control with the researcher and makes the analysis process reviewable.
We are building an environment where researchers can plan their work without getting lost among disconnected files and hard-to-track steps. We bring different analysis engines together in a learnable interface without hiding technical detail. Every result travels with its data source, parameters and method information.
We aim to build a modular platform where academic teams and R&D organisations can use the same reliable working approach. New analysis engines, device connections and reporting flows will be added as they are verified. By clearly separating available capabilities from planned ones, we keep scientific trust at the centre of the product.
SIK SORULANLAR
BioForge brings sequence and genetics, biostatistics and 3D structure visualization into one workspace. Chemistry, metabolic engineering and automation engines are in development.
Sequence and genetics, biostatistics and 3D structure visualization are undergoing product validation. The Windows early-access date and system requirements will be announced when validation is complete.
BioForge is designed as a local-first desktop workspace. The user retains control of project, sequence, structure and analysis files; no unverified cloud service is presented as available.
Every result is linked to its input, parameters, method and engine version, allowing its production conditions to be reviewed later.
Distributions, effect sizes, confidence intervals and result summaries are reviewed together. On-screen values are illustrative; actual results depend on the data and method.
Molecular structures can be rotated, zoomed and inspected interactively from different angles. Structure summaries, atom and chain information and measurement results are designed to remain on the same review surface.
FASTA and GenBank are the core input formats for sequence work. Other supported formats for structures, tables and project outputs will be published with each engine's verified release scope.
A local workspace is planned for individual researchers, academic access for students, research groups and laboratories, and controlled deployment and technical support models for R&D teams. Licensing terms will be clarified after early access.
